Inspired by the calming atmosphere of European salt caves, our salt lounge uses a specialized halogenerator to disperse microscopic particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air while you rest comfortably in a tranquil environment.
As the dry salt particles circulate through the room, guests relax, read, meditate, or simply sit back and breathe.
Many describe the experience as feeling like fresh ocean air, leaving them feeling refreshed, clear, and deeply relaxed.
Why Salt?
Halotherapy is a natural wellness therapy that involves relaxing in a salt-infused room while you inhale microscopic salt particles. These dry salt aerosols may help cleanse the respiratory system, support skin health, reduce inflammation, and encourage deep relaxation — Salt has long been valued in wellness traditions for its natural mineral properties and refreshing atmosphere.

Arrival
Upon arrival, our front desk team will guide you to the Salt Lounge and explain your session.
Your Session
You will relax comfortably in our softly illuminated salt room while microscopic salt particles circulate through the air.
Many guests choose to:

• practice deep breathing
• simply rest and decompress
You remain fully clothed during the experience and can sit back, relax, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. We have robes and slippers available to use.
Comfort
The salt air may have a subtle mineral taste and texture. This is completely normal and part of the experience.

Enjoy exclusive use of the salt lounge for your group. Seating variety includes lounge chairs, beanbag loungers, rocking chairs and floor cushions. Seating can be cleared for your needs.
Halotherapy is a natural wellness experience where microscopic salt particles are gently dispersed into the air, creating a peaceful place to breathe, relax, and unwind. Many guests describe the atmosphere as similar to sitting by the ocean — like breathing in fresh beach air.
-Sessions are scheduled on the hour, with most guests enjoying 35–45 minutes of relaxation inside the salt lounge.
-To maintain the purity of the salt environment, please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume, cologne, or smoke before your session.
