  • Some people notice a light natural salt taste on their lips or a little crispness in the air- like being near the ocean. You may feel a little tickle in your throat. Others barely notice it at all.

  • On our walls and floors we have pink Himalayan salt bricks, panels and grains. Only 100% pharmaceutical-grade sodium chloride is used in our halo generator. This is ultra-pure salt with no additives, anti-caking agents, minerals, or moisture. It is chosen for its consistency, safety, and ability to penetrate the respiratory system effectively during halotherapy.

  • We use a professional-grade halogenerator designed specifically for controlled salt therapy. It grinds pure pharmaceutical-grade salt into microscopic particles and disperses them into the room as a dry aerosol.

  • Phones should be silenced and fully dimmed, this is a space for rest. You may bring a book or headphones for gentle music, but most guests prefer to unplug and simply breathe.

  • Based on our size lounge, the recommended session time is 35-45 minutes. This duration allows the body to relax while the salt particles work to gently clear irritants, allergens, and toxins from the respiratory system.
